Professional Employer Organizations

I’ve been researching how IT companies can benefit from government incentives in Brazil, especially when expanding there. I heard PEOs (Professional Employer Organizations) can actually help navigate those incentives and make the process smoother. But I’m not sure exactly how they assist or if it’s worth going that route. Has anyone had experience with this? Does a PEO really make a difference when it comes to leveraging government programs or tax breaks for IT firms in Brazil?
